The Pennsylvania State Police, Stroudsburg Barracks, has obtained an arrest warrant for registered sex offender Kristian Andrew Carwell, who failed to comply with registration requirements.

Carwell, known to frequent Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton counties, is described as white, nonhispanic, 23 years old, black hair, brown eyes, 5-foot, 9 inches, weighing 175 pounds.

Carwell is a registered sex offender following an Indecent Assault conviction in 2020 in Carbon County, Pennsylvania.

Carwell has prior arrests for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements in addition to an active arrest warrant from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear in regard to criminal charges from the Pennsylvania State Police, Lehighton Barracks.
