State police at the Fogelsville barracks said a man brandished a firearm in a road rage incident at 9:28 p.m. Feb. 18 at the intersection of Route 100 and Holbens Valley Road in Lowhill Township.

Police said the victim came to the lobby of the barracks to report the incident.
