Zion Opera Workshop to present ‘Anything Goes’

Zion Opera Workshop, Carbon County’s oldest continually running community theater, will present “Anything Goes.”

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A matinee performance will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday.

The cast has been working hard on Cole Porter’s songs and the show’s dances with choreographer Deb Strausberger of TNT dance studio.

Technical directors Pati and Duane Reichard have transformed Smith Auditorium’s stage to the deck of the SS American and have created professional quality props and sets. Nancy Keiser has put together stunning costumes as well.

The show will be presented with an 18-piece live orchestra with members from Carbon County and beyond.

Group rates are available for Thursday and Friday night’s performance.

Zion Opera Workshop is under the direction of Bradly R. Cressley.

Zion Opera Workshop is in its 53rd year, and will be presenting its 52nd annual show.
