State police at the Lehighton reported on the following incidents:
• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between midnight Feb. 19 and midnight Feb. 21 along Twin Lake Drive in Polk Township.
Police said someone put graffiti on various street signs and a school bus shelter in the Robin Hood Lakes development.
• A 55-year-old Coopersburg man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance following a traffic stop made by state police at 10:55 p.m. Feb. 12 on Pohopoco Drive in Towamensing Township.
Police said they stopped the man while driving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado for Motor Vehicle Code violation and learned he was under the influence.
They also said a passenger in the vehicle who has active warrants against him/her was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville.
• A 43-year-old Brodheadsville man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop made at the Lehighton barracks at 2:32 a.m. Feb. 22.
Police said they stopped the driver of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler for a Motor Vehicle Code violation after which time they discovered he was under the influence.
