Dorney Park plans to hire 2,000 seasonal workers for the 2023 season beginning in May.

The park anticipates filling the majority of those roles during a weeklong hiring blitz from Feb. 18 to 24 through in-person and virtual interviews.

The positions include: ride operators, food and beverage, lifeguards and aquatics, security and more positions.

Pay rates up to $20 per hour are available for specialized entry-level positions. Paid training is provided for all applicable positions.
