A 41-year-old Saylorsburg woman is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a stop made by state police at the Bethlehem barracks on Oct. 12, 2022.

Police said Rachel Caiazzo was observed driving a Mitsubishi Lancer in an erratic manner and upon being stopped police observed several indicators of impairment resulting in the charges recently being filed.
