Tamaqua police charged Jordan Rumberger, 37, of Reading, with violating a temporary protection from abuse order that was filed against him by a Tamaqua woman. The woman reported that Rumberger sent her a text on Dec. 27 that did not pertain to the children they share together. Police said the order stipulates that Rumberger have no contact with the woman except when it comes to their children.
