State police at Lehighton said a man has been charged following an incident that occurred on Jan. 7.

Troopers said on that date a complaint was received from a 30-year-old woman from Lehighton. It was determined that at 10 p.m. on that date a male acquaintance of the woman, identified as William Siegfried, 34, of Hamburg, Berks County, grabbed her by the arm while stating, “We will talk tonight. I will have my way with you.”

Troopers said Siegfried was issued a citation for harassment - physical contact.
