LVHN Health Tips: Video visits can provide care for cold, flu and COVID-19 symptoms
If you have mild symptoms associated with either cold, flu or COVID-19, the safest and quickest way to receive care is through an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit.
Using an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit as your first point of care if you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms will help stop the spread of illness and protect others while getting you the care you need quickly.
How to schedule an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit
Follow these steps to schedule an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit:
• Open your MyLVHN app.
• Go to “Menu.”
• Select “Schedule LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit.”
• Follow the instructions to either schedule a video visit or wait in a virtual waiting room.
• You will be prompted to download the VidyoConnect app. Please follow the on-screen instructions to get set up.
