A blood drive is being held to help a Kunkletown firefighter who was injured in a fire in Ross Township.
Lt. Kyle Frable, is currently at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest Hospital in critical condition. LVHN is currently having drastic blood shortages.
To ensure that Frable will have enough blood, plasma, and platelets, Miller-Keystone Blood Center will be doing a mobile donation trailer at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company.
The drive will be at the firehouse ( 597 Kunkletown Rd. Kunkletown) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday January 9th from 11-5 Pm. Any donations at this drive will be marked and set aside for Kyle’s use only.
There are only 30 donor slots. Pre-register at https://bit.ly/3Cq2W28.
If you want to help Kyle, but cannot make it on Monday, you can donate at any Miller Keystone Blood Center Location and give the code “ 8911” for it to be reserved for Kyle.
A GoFundme account has also been set up to help with expenses.
