Tamaqua dropped a non-league contest at Schuylkill Haven on Tuesday.

Schuylkill Haven rebounded from a halftime deficit to gain a 61-52 non-league victory over visiting Tamaqua.

The Blue Raiders, on the strength of a 16-6 second quarter, took a three-point lead to the locker room at intermission, but the Hurricanes stormed back in the third quarter with a 22-12 frame.

Travis Richie poured in a game-high 22 points for the winners, while Jake Jenan added 14.

Tamaqua received a team-high 17 points from Noah Mateyak. Luke Kane also chipped in with 10.

Haven, which won its sixth straight game, is now 7-1 while the Raiders dropped to 4-6.
