A Monroe County man died Friday afternoon in a fire in Pocono Township.

Fire crews were called to the residence at 92 Beehler Road shortly before noon Friday.

Monroe County Coroner Thomas Yanac identified the man as Andrew Hanft, 57.

The state police fire marshal is investigating. Details will be released as they become available.
