A Schuylkill County 911 dispatcher retired, three corrections officers resigned, and two people joined the Children and Youth Services Agency, according to personnel reports presented Wednesday.

Lipsett, a senior telecommunicator, retired as of Dec. 2, according to the Personnel Action Report.

Lipsett’s LinkedIn page says he was hired in April 1993.

Part-time corrections officers Tyler Dissinger and Lloyd Sauder, and full-time correction officer Devin Buccieri resigned as of Dec. 6.

Dianna Forbes was hired as a caseworker by the Children and Youth Services Agency at $18.33 an hour and starts Jan. 9.

Jasmine DeAvila was hired as a clerk typist by the agency at $13.71 an hour and starts Jan. 3.
