Margaret A. Singley, 70, of Zion Grove, escaped serious injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 2:20 p.m. Nov. 21 on Buck Mountain Road in North Union Township.

State police at Frackville said she was driving a 2018 Ford Escape westbound when she looked down to answer her cellphone, causing the vehicle to drift off the roadway, strike a rock and embankment and flip over, coming to rest on its roof.

Police said she sustained suspected minor injuries and was transported to the Bloomsburg Hospital.

The car was towed from the scene.
