State police at the Bethlehem barracks took into custody Joshua Elicier, 28, of North Bergen, New Jersey, after he became a disabled motorist at 10:27 a.m. Nov. 27 on Route 22 in Hanover Township.

Police said after it was determined he had an active arrest warrant out for him, he was taken into custody without incident. While in custody, he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and was subsequently charged, police said.
