Pleasant Valley School Board approved the following personnel moves:

• Change of status: Michael McMullen, supervisor of Special Education to the new position of assistant director of Special Education, salary not stated; Gabriella Fasanelli DeMaio, PVES, from substitute food service employee to food service employee, $12.51 per hour.

• Hiring: Nurse for Learning Recovery Opportunity pending student enrollment, Linda Stephens, PVMS, $58 per hour.

• Hiring of substitute teachers for Learning Recovery Opportunity, Larissa Folio, Laura Ammermann, Laurie Koonce, Jennifer Ansbach, April Evans, Crystal Hicks and Alison Kutzler, all at PVIS, $58 per hour.

• Hiring of support staff - Eugene Keefe, PVIS, custodian, $18.29 per hour.

• Recall and remove from support staff furlough list - India Johnson, PVES, paraprofessional, $26,333.00 (prorated), effective Jan. 3, 2023.

• Support staff building change - Joanne Mastronardi, from PVMS/PVIS to PVES;

• Long-term substitute - Erica Smith, PVHS, family consumer science, $46,467 (prorated), effective Nov. 9, replacing Julie Terzieva.

• Correction: supplemental contracts: nonathletic - Julie Terzieva and Ashley Thompson, chairpersons for the Family and Consumer Science Department grades 6 to 12.

• Supplemental contracts: nonathletic - Deborah Loughren, PVMS, Woodwind Ensemble; athletic,Tristan Dorn, boys basketball, junior high assistant; and Keith Miechur, wrestling, varsity assistant; athletic non-coaching, Holli Freeman, Bron Leupold, Patrick Luchowski and Dana West, all are substitute event workers.

• Resignations - Christopher Curtis, custodian; and Keith Miechur, wrestling, junior varsity wrestling coach.
