Fulfilling a commitment it made to its employees and customers in the Panther Valley area, Pencor Services officially opened a new building in Lansford that will continue to serve as home for its two sister companies, The Times News and Blue Ridge Cable TV.

The building, located at 20 W. Ridge St., was the scene of a ribbon-cutting ceremony dedicating the completely renovated structure.

Remarks were made by Donald Reinhard, Pencor president, and Fred Reinhard, executive vice president, whose late father, Claude, founded Pencor; Bob Toth and Rosemary Mikulski of the cable office; and Rose Mary Cannon, president of Lansford Borough Council and a Times News employee, Tamaqua office.
