Northampton Community College’s Center for Business & Industry is offering its popular Management Certificate Program in a convenient virtual format.

Workshops include: basic management skills, coaching for improved performance, conflict resolution strategies, effective interactions, managing the performance of others, and responsive leadership.

Participants who complete the six required workshops will earn CBI’s Management Certificate. Several of the workshops are available this fall.
