The annual meeting of the Palmerton Hospital Corporation was held recently in the hospital’s conference room where four area residents were elected to membership.

They include Elwood H. Beers, Lehighton R.3, and Judge Albert H. Heimbach, Attorney Roger N. Nanovic, Carbon County assistant district attorney, and Charles W. Webb, president of Prince Manufacturing, all of Palmerton.

Re-elected to the board of trustees are D.L. Gamble, Charles Neast and F.T. Vanderwart.

Officers renamed for the coming year include L.C. Copeland, president, T.F. Wilson, vice president, and A.N. Jensen, secretary-treasurer.
