The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce was named the 2022 Chamber of the Year at the Pennsylvania Association of Chamber Professionals 2022 Chamber Professionals and Leadership Conference. The conference was hosted by The Chamber of Gettysburg & Adams County. The award recognizes organization excellence and significant achievements and accomplishments.
The Schuylkill Chamber was honored as the recipient of the prestigious award for chambers with over 700 members. Award nominees are vetted and voted on by the PACP Professional Development & Recognition Committee, a committee of chamber leaders from across the commonwealth.
“In addition to networking and professional development opportunities, the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce has proven to be a strong voice for business and nonprofit communities through government advocacy efforts, leadership programming, workforce development and talent attraction for our employers,” said Robert S. Carl, Jr., president & CEO, Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce.
Carl said he is excited that his staff has received this recognition, validating and recognizing their dedication and superior commitment to members and our community.
