State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incidents:

• On Oct. 12 at 8:42 p.m. troopers were dispatched to 31 Atlantic St., in Norwegian Township, for an assault report. A 28-year-old woman from Pottsville, was struck in the face with a phone causing injuries, by Shawn Sukeena, 45, of Minersville. Sukeena fled the scene prior to the arrival of troopers.

An arrest warrant for simple assault and harassment has been issued for Sukeena.

• Michael Kieffer, 39, of Auburn, was cited by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks after an incident at 9:09 a.m. Oct. 9 on Route 61 in West Brunswick Township.

Police said Kieffer and a 34-year-old woman from Hamburg engaged in a verbal altercation that escalated to a physical altercation, during which time Kieffer allegedly pushed the woman, resulting in police issuing him a citation for harassment.

Police were summoned to Route 61 in North Manheim Township at 11:32 a.m. Oct. 16. Police said the dispatch was for a firearms violation. Police did not provide any other information about the incident.

• Police are investigating two retail theft reports that they received on Oct. 11.

They happened at the Sheetz store, Route 61, North Manheim Township.

Police said the first theft occurred around 3:50 p.m. Oct. 7 when a white man, driving a silver Chevrolet sedan, stole a car phone charger valued at $15.99 from the store and left the scene.

The second incident took place at 2:27 p.m. Oct. 9 when a white female stole a bottle of strawberry margarita worth $15.99 and a bottle of piña colada worth $17.99 from the store and left the scene as a passenger in a Chevrolet Silverado.
