State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating criminal mischief incidents in which mailboxes were damaged along Palisades Drive in Chestnuthill Township between midnight and 7 a.m. Oct. 17. In each case, police said a blunt object was used to damage the mailboxes.

One mailbox is valued at $300, and the other two mailboxes are valued at $200 each.
