October 20, 2000 - Jason Deiter leads a Northern Lehigh ground attack that results in a 22-7 Colonial League victory over rival Northwestern. Deiter carries 36 times for 162 yards and two touchdowns, as the Bulldogs run 70 plays to the Tigers’ 30. After Northwestern gets on the scoreboard first, Nolehi comes back with two successful drives with Deiter finishing off both of them. He ends a 69-yard march with a 2-yard TD and caps a 60-yard drive with another 2-yard tally. The winners, coached by Jim Tkach, receive some insurance in the second half as Andy Mill ends another long drive with a 2-yard TD run.
