A Berks County man is facing a charge of indecent assault following an incident in Monroe County.

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on Aug. 18 a woman made a complaint regarding an indecent assault.

The woman said that on July 25 she was with Todd Graeff, 56, of Bernville, at the Kalahari Water Park, in Pocono Summit.

The two went on a water ride that included a two-person raft. The woman told police that she sat in the front of the raft and Graeff behind her.

She told police that while going down the slide Graeff touched her inappropriately. Charges were filed.
