CCEEC is located at 151 E. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill. The center building is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekends.

Fall Foliage Hike

Volunteer Michael Blacketter leads a trek at peak foliage time at 1 p.m. on Oct. 15. Join him on this easy hike to identify many species and enjoy them in their best colors.

Field guides and binoculars available on loan or bring your own. This free event is open to all ages.

Voters’ Referendum Q&A

Voters in Carbon County will be asked to decide on a referendum this November with implications for the health of our countywide environment. A virtual Q&A will be held on Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. for those looking to understand the potential benefits of this long-term investment.
