Frederick A. Reinhard, executive vice president of Pencor Services, Inc., parent company of Blue Ridge Cable TV, Inc., has been elected to serve on the board of directors of a state cable organization.

He will serve a two-year term on the board of the Pennsylvania Cable Television Association.

Reinhard’s election is a natural one considering that Blue Ridge Cable Co. produced one of the first cable television transmissions in America.

He is the son of the late cable pioneer Claude E. Reinhard of Palmerton.
