Lately, I’ve been seeing a ton of negative ads from Rep. Wild that say her opponent, Lisa Scheller, closed her company’s plant and moved those jobs to China. It’s just the latest deception coming from Susan Wild, a candidate who has spent this campaign trying to smear her opponent instead of defending her record and actions.

Here’s the truth - Lisa Scheller, the President of Silberline, did not terminate the Lansford workforce and she didn’t ship jobs overseas. When the Lansford plant became outdated, every employee at the plant was offered positions just down the road in Tamaqua. Somehow, that fact didn’t make it into any of Susan Wild’s ads.

Susan Wild should be talking about her record, but instead she’s spreading lies. Probably because Susan Wild, a career lawyer, has never created a job in her life. Voters should reject these sleazy tactics.
