An 84-year-old Kunkletown man is the victim of a theft of services case being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said he reported to them he paid a contractor at 2:10 p.m. June 16 to construct a fence around his property but that no work has been completed at his residence, located on Highland Lane, Lower Towamensing Township.
