Kiana Menconi Drost, 9, recently donated dog and cat food that she collected and bought to the Hillside SPCA near Pottsville. Kiana started making and selling rubber band jewelry from her business, Kiana’s Kreations, at Stoker’s Brewing Company in Tamaqua, which is owned by her father, Doug Drost.
