The Blue Mountain Animal Rescue Society will hold a shoe drive on Saturday, September 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Blue Bomber Notary, 210 Delaware Ave., Palmerton.

Area residents are invited to donate their used and new shoes to the society to help fight against animal cruelty.

The society will also be collecting food and supplies for all animals in foster care.
