The West End Fair’s winners of the four state baking contests were announced recently.

They are:

• Homemade Chocolate Cake Contest: First place and Best in Show, Patty Cameli of Saylorsburg; second place, Lisa Buzzard of Stroudsburg; third place, Gloria Gallerie of Pocono Summit.

• Pa. Preferred Junior Baking Contest: First place, Madison Dorshimer of Kunkletown for her cookie bars.

• Pennsylvania’s Incredible Angel Food Contest: First place, Constance DeStefano of Tobyhanna.

• Blue Ribbon Apple Pie Contest: First place, Katie Alicea of Saylorsburg; second place, Pat Doyle of Saylorsburg.
