West Penn Township supervisors took the following action on Monday:

• Tabled the hiring of a part-time officer until the board’s next meeting.

• Approved a modification of a section concerning a requirement for concrete monuments for the Bella Terra Farms LLC Subdivision.

• Adopted a resolution granting conditional approval of Bella Terra Farm LLC Subdivision, contingent upon all comments from ARRO Consulting Inc., Bill Brior and the Schuylkill County Planning being satisfied.

• Tabled a request for the pole building until the township can put more money aside.

• Adopted a resolution for a 2005 Deere 655C II Crawler for the road department.

• Awarded a contract to J.W. Zaprazny concerning the salvage quotes.
