A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident at 11:17 p.m. on July 25 along Joy Glenn in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to the location and discovered that James Manning, 32, of East Stroudsburg, entered a residence without permission and engaged in a fight with a 38-year-old man from Sciota. He then fled the scene causing damage to the victim’s personal property and his 2016 Chrysler 200.

Charges pending include burglary and related counts.
