State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following incidents:
• On July 22 at 10:16 a.m. troopers responded to Kinsley’s ShopRite store in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a reported retail theft.
Troopers said Cody Moser, 29, of Lehighton, walked past the point of sale in the store with $433.33 worth of merchandise including food items, bags of mulch and a charbroil grill without paying for the items.
Moser left the scene in his vehicle but was later arrested. Charges were filed.
• On July 29 at 7:23 p.m. troopers were dispatched to the intersection of White Birch Drive and Robbins Lane, Chestnuthill Township, for a road rage incident.
It was determined that Tammy Graeber, 56, of Saylorsburg, had cut off the victim, a 21-year-old woman from Saylorsburg, and struck the windshield multiple times while the victim remained inside her vehicle. Graeber was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
