The Carbon County Fair opens Aug 8 and runs through Aug. 13 at the fairgrounds, located at 3285 Little Gap Road, Palmerton. Hours are 4-10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 2-10 p.m. Saturday.
Admission is $7 for ages 6 and older, with additional charges for the shows in the arena.
