A Schuylkill County man is being sought on a warrant charging him with taking nude photographs of a 19-year-old woman without her knowledge.

State police at Schuylkill Haven are seeking the whereabouts of Brandon Scott McNellis, 44, of Tremont. According to troopers at a residence along North Street in Tremont, McNellis use a camera positioned in the woman’s bedroom to record her in a nude state without her consent on multiple locations. The police report indicates the activity occurred during the time frame of July 1, 2021, to March 31. The photos were discovered on McNellis’s cellphone.

An arrest warrant was secured for McNellis on Wednesday. Among the charges he is facing is invasion of privacy.
