State police at Frackville
State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents in Schuylkill County:
• Krystal Gonzalez, 29, of Minersville, is facing a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities. According to troopers on May 27 Gonzalez completed a statement accusing her boyfriend of assaulting her. As a result the boyfriend was charged.
Troopers said Gonzalez later admitted to troopers and an officer of the court that her written statement was false.
• On July 17 at 2:44 p.m. troopers responded to 323 E. Main St., Girardville, for a domestic incident. Upon investigation it was determined that a verbal altercation took place between Joseph Rush, 25, of Shenandoah, and Angelique Reyes, 24, of Girardville. The argument turned physical, resulting in both parties striking each other.
Both were issued citations for harassment - physical contact.
• On July 15 at 10:03 p.m. troopers say a 36-year-old woman from Tamaqua, who they declined to identify, took possession of various items and failed to pay for them at the Walmart store in Rush Township. Total value of the missing items was $160.45. She was stopped by loss prevention personnel of the store.
Troopers said a further check revealed she has a felony warrant for her arrest out of Berks County for burglary. She was taken into custody and transported to Berks County for arraignment on the warrant.
•Troopers are investigating a bad checks incident that occurred at Pinecrest Tree Farm, located at 207 E. Rauschs Road, New Ringgold, in East Brunswick Township. Troopers said Kelly’s All Pro Landscaping LLC, purchased $11,170 worth of arborvitae trees and issued a check for payment which was later returned for insufficient funds. The investigation is continuing.
• A 39-year-old man from McAdoo, reported someone removed fuses and relays from his utility terrain vehicle while parked along North Manning Street in the borough. The value of the missing items was set at $365. The theft occurred sometime between July 6 at 9 p.m. and 7 p.m. on July 7.
• Troopers said someone obtained the bank information of a 63-year-old woman from Barnesville, Ryan Township, and removed $600 from the account.
