William H. George of Aquashicola was elected to the Board of Directors of the First National Bank of Palmerton during a recent meeting.

He is the owner and operator of George’s P&H Inc., a local plumbing, heating and air conditioning business in Lower Towamensing Township.

George is a long-standing customer, shareholder and supporter of the bank, as were his father and grandfather. He is the president and an assistant fire chief of the Aquashicola Fire Company and is actively involved in the community.
