St. John’s Lutheran Church, 319 South Ave., Jim Thorpe, have begun to collect new or clean used clothing for their annual summer clothing giveaway.

The donations may be taken to the church between July 5 and 12. However do not place your donations at the church door, you must call 570-325-2294 to make arrangements for drop-off.

This year the committee decided not to accept toys or household items, only clothing. The hours of the giveaway will be announced the middle of July.
