The Birches rolled to a 9-2 win over Nazareth in NORCO Legion action.

Nate Loch wetn 3-for-4 with two RBIs and a pair of runs scored for the Birches. Jack Smale added a pair of hits and scored twice in the win, while Ryan Kymer and Nate Mostosky (run scored) each added a hit and an RBI.

Blake Walters and Ryan Kymer allowed three hits over a combined five innings pitched on the mound.

Hamburg-Tamaqua

A quick start lifted Hamburg to a 13-1 over Tamaqua in a Schuylkill-Berks Legion contest.

Brady Breininger was 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBIs and three runs scored for Hamburg, which built a 6-0 lead after the first inning. Jacob Fegley added two hits, two RBIs and a pair of runs scored.

Stephen Modesto had two hits for the Blue Sox, while Ryan Vecolitis added a hit and an RBI.
