State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incident:

.• On June 13 at 3:30 p.m. troopers were dispatched to East Grand Avenue in Tower City borough for an active domestic dispute. After an investigation it was determined that the victim, a 57-year-old woman, had been threatened by Jennifer Rutter, 34, of Lititz, Lancaster County. Rutter was cited for harassment - physical contact.

• On May 28 at 1:29 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Fountain Road in Frailey Township, of a 1993 Ford for vehicle code violations. The driver, Zachary Long, 34, of Valley View, was subsequently arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On June 12 at 12:55 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop at Jackson and Pine streets in Port Carbon borough of a 2003 Dodge Durango. The driver, a 49-year-old woman from Pottsville, who troopers declined to identify, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.

• On May 21 at 1:10 a.m. troopers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Bacon Street in Palo Alto where it was determined a 40-year-old man, who troopers declined to identify, had struck a 21-year-old woman. He was charged with harassment - physical contact.

• On June 3 at 11:34 a.m. troopers responded to Ridge Road in Wayne Township, where troopers discovered that Marcy Hubert, 51, confronted Karen Hauck, 50, both of Summit Station, outside Hauck’s home arguing about one of Hubert’s cats being missing. Hauck raised a closed fist to strike Hubert and Hubert sprayed Hauck in the face with pepper spray.

Both Hauck and Hubert were issued nontraffic citations for harassment - physical contact.

• On June 3 at 2:22 p.m. troopers responded to a residence along West Mountain Road, Hegins, in Hubley Township, for a domestic incident with a knife involved. As a result of an investigation a 12-year-old man was cited for assault with a weapon on a 46-year-old woman. No injuries were reported in the incident.
