Ashley Lynn Miller, 34, of Tuscarora, was charged by Rush Township Police Officer Brandon C. McGinnis with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failing to use seat belt for herself and a front seat passenger on Dec. 5, 2018.
Judge Charles M. Miller vacated a bench warrant issued by Senior Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin after she failed to appear for a status conference on Dec. 12, 2019.
Judge Miller set bail as recognizance, meaning Ashley Miller did not have to post money or property.
He ordered her to not move from her current address without notifying in writing her attorney, the Clerk of Courts and the district attorney.
He also forbade her from using any controlled substance or prescription medication unless it was prescribed to her.
She was also ordered to stay out of any establishment that serves alcohol; operate any motor vehicle without a license; pay $255.65 bench warrant fee; refrain from criminal activity, and attend all future court hearings, including one scheduled for 1:30 p.m. July 21 before Judge James P. Goodman.
