LVNV Funding, Canonsburg, filed the following actions: Arjay Frey, 501 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, seeking $2,148.25; and Kristina Kemmerer, 131 Millway St., Lehighton, seeking $1,063.72.

Discover Bank, Dover, Delaware, filed the following actions: Margaret J. Kuhet, 571 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, seeking $4,538.97; Pamela Musser, 408 Lansford Court, Lansford, seeking $6,383.84; and Ann Yorke, 39 E. Abbott St., Lansford, seeking $9,630.10.

Goldman Sachs Bank, Bensalem, filed an action against Ronald Harrison, 87 Pocono Road, Albrightsville, seeking $4,222.69.

Midland Funding, Philadelphia, filed an action against Martika Rodriguez, 99 Berwick St., Beaver Meadows, seeking $3,602.41.

Agreement default

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, 6126 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown, filed an action against Dewey Boyd Powell, 250 Avenue A, Palmerton, alleging he defaulted on a retail installment sale contact. Sought is $21,928.94.

First Commonwealth also filed a judgment against Ernest S. Smale II and Ashley Marie Smale, 45 Smale Lane, Lehighton, for $9,691.94.
