State police at Schuylkill Haven have charged a student at the Schuylkill County Intermediate Unit in Norwegian Township with criminal mischief.

Troopers responded to the school on May 19 at 11:22 a.m. for a report of a 16-year-old girl from Ashland who had punched a glass window pane and broke it.

Damages were estimated at $300.
