The annual shareholders meeting of the Mauch Chunk Trust Company was held recently at the Inn of Jim Thorpe where Harold A. Queen and William R. Reabold were elected to three-year terms on the board.

During the election of officers, Charles E. Wildoner was named chairman of the board and Queen was named vice chairman. Others elected were Patrick H. Reilly, president/CEO; Ray W. Reitz, vice president; Edward J. McElmoyle, secretary-treasurer; Melva L. McArdle, assistant vice president/secretary; and Linda L. Snyder, trust officer.
