Three Schuylkill County businesses have been cited by the Allentown enforcement office of the state police for violations of the liquor code.

All three were cited for selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to a 20-year-old on April 13. Cited were:

Anna Donoris, trading as Alanna’s, 313 New Castle St., Minersville; Integrity Distributing LLC, trading as Beer Haven, 29 W. Main St., Schuylkill Haven; and Pine Grove Diner Inc., trading as Pine Grove Diner, 475 Suedberg Road, Pine Grove.

These charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. In addition, the judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation of the license.
