State police at Fern Ridge reported a Monroe County man has been charged in a neighbor dispute.

Troopers said on May 6 at 5:55 p.m., they responded to Hickory Lane in Chestnuthill Township for a disturbance. During the investigation, it was determined that John Tutko, 58, of Kunkletown, was yelling out of a window in his residence harassing his 55-year-old female neighbor.
