Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg announced that it will be hosting a series of outdoor summer Community Concerts in 2022 at the Saylorsburg Blue Ridge Flea Market.

The shows will be held in the lawn area of the Flea Market on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer.

The series will kick off on June 8 with the B Street Band, Tribute to Bruce Springsteen.

Sherman Theater President and CEO Rich Berkowitz commented, “We are excited to bring our summer concert series back for another year to this new location. The concerts will be on a stage with full light and sound systems - it’ll be a great place for family and friends to gather and enjoy some music together. We appreciate the Saylorsburg Blue Ridge Flea Market for the use of their lawn area, and the support of the Monroe County Commissioners and other sponsors of this event, and we are happy to be able to make it happen for everyone.”

Tickets can be purchased at shermantheater.com or the Sherman Theater Box Office, with a discount for Monroe County residents.

Parking is free and admission is free for children 12 and under

Season Pass is also available for $93 in celebration of the Theater’s 93rd Anniversary.

July 6 - The Maybabies with Fun, Alternative, Classic and Popular Rock

July 13 - Christian Porter Band and Walter Lee Band

July 20 - Joey & The T-Birds with Doo Wop Music of the 50s and 60s

August 10 - 2nd Street Players Tribute to Earth, Wind and Fire and More

August 17 - Zac N’ Fried Tribute to Zac Brown Band

August 24 - Fleetwood Macked Tribute to Fleetwood Mac

The Blue Ridge Flea Market is directly off the Saylorsburg exit on Route 33. Patrons bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to the grassy spectator area. They may pack a picnic and bring sealed water or other non-alcoholic beverages. Food truck fare will be available along with beer and wine for purchase. Gates open for season passholders and members at 6 p.m. Gates open to the public at 6:15. Music starts at 7:30 p.m.
