The hearse carrying the late Frank Jacobs Sr., longtime Nesquehoning borough councilman, passes under a firetruck ladder arch during the funeral procession to Sky-View Cemetery on Thursday. Members of the borough work crew lined the intersection at Route 54 to pay their respects to Jacobs.
