• Resignations: Joseph M. Colecio Jr. of Tresckow, board of assessment appeals members, effective April 21; Jessica R. Hollenbach of New Ringgold, lifeguard and temporary park attendant, effective April 25; Brenna J. Karnish of Lansford, park attendant, effective April 22; Mark J. Nordyke Jr. of Kunkletown, county caseworker II, Children and Youth, effective May 6; Noah E. Rodgers of Jim Thorpe, lifeguard and temporary seasonal park ranger II, effective April 25; Tarra L. Strauss of Tamaqua, seasonal park ranger II, effective April 21.

• Appointment: Jeffrey A. Schnaiter of Kunkletown, board member, Board of Assessment Appeals, effective May 2.

• Hired: Emily C. Dart of Jim Thorpe, part-time election clerk, effective date contingent upon receipt of all supervisor clearances.
